Shipping Policy
We ship every business day, your order should be shipped the 2nd business day after your order is paid for. Ensure your delivery address is correct. We don't want to ship your items to someone else.
Generally we only list items we have in stock - however we do have a retail store and an online stores - so it is possible for our stock to be out - if this happens we will advise you asap and let you know of any delivery issue.
Our focus is getting your goods out to you as fast as possible. The delivery time around 2-10 business and are delivered by Australia Post . Please understand if you choose not to take insurance we are not responsible for any lost or damaged products with Australia Post. Please message us if you require transit insurance.
Whilst you may pay for Express Post and we will send it by Express, Aust Post don't offer Express to every location - please check here to make sure: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html All items are Tracked.

Return & Exchange Policy
14 days after the buyer receives it.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.
Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the seller's description.
